~ Saturday's movie outing got scrapped, so the boyfriend and I took my brother to see Star Trek today. I think that seeing the movie a second time may have cured me of my temporary obsession with the fandom. I went out tonight and saw the latest Star Trek movie. As a complete noob with zero ounce of Trekkie knowledge, I still found it highly enjoyable. It was fun, exciting and had superb casting. Some observations:
